I must say, it certainly warms my heart to see companies taking their online reviews so seriously. It let's me know that their reputation and customer satisfaction are really important to them. Several times, after I've left a google review, I have received a phone call later from the company wanting to know how they can get 5 stars next time? My car mechanic is even willing to do free oil changes to keep my business and keep the good reviews coming.

so I created more google accounts and dropped them to 2 stars
