You know the particular taste of air from an inflatable toy? Like when you're blowing up a beach ball or something, or maybe when you're deflating one, the air from inside has a particular scent or taste of plastic?

When I hold my tongue a certain way and sort of move my soft palate, I can exhale through my mouth and get that same taste. I've been able to do this for as long as I can remember. I don't think I swallowed a valve when I was little or anything like that, but nobody else seems to be able to do this.
