With childish and inconsequential debates like this on MSM in the US all the damn time, it feels so fucking surreal when you consider that 20% of US kids live in food-insecure households, kids getting caught up in gangs, rapes and sexual harassment everywhere, people dying because they can't afford healthcare, and other seriously sad shit affecting tens of millions of Americans... but somehow these stupid little "struggles" over "what color do/should I feel like", "can I have a black hairstyle if I am white", "should I raise my child to be gender-neutral" take centerstage on MSM and on social media and talk shows.

How about let people fucking be what they want to be and let them do what they want to do as long as they aren't harming anybody, but stop the people, organizations, structures, and systems that are actually harming and killing people?
