If this shooter was dishonorably discharged from the Air Force in 2014, wouldn't that make it illegal to own or purchase a firearm? The pictures on his facebook page show a Ruger Ar-556, which were first produced in 2014. Either he bought this rifle the same year he got court martialed, or there's going to be an interesting backstory into how he got this rifle.
