this team isn't made to play defense. Al Freeman, Abu, Beverly, Hunt......all well below average defenders. Markel and Batts are the only two above average defenders on the team with maybe, possibly Yurt. And all you need is one player to breakdown and the defense goes to shit. This team has far exceeded my expectations however. We were getting donkey dicked against these same teams last season with alot more talent on the roster.

Yurt got burned several times on D today. But yes...this is a hodgepodge roster that simply isn’t very good.

Damn ya’ll are some negative nancies. Last year this game would have been a 20+ point beat down. This year the team has heart and grit. They got miami’s best shot and still had a chance to win it in the end.

i don't really think anybody is being a negative nancy. most people seem to generally have a realistic and positive feeling about this year's team. but it isn't being a negative nancy to point out shortcomings.
