or 1 random human life? You don't get to pick where you are in the world in any of these potential lives. Every time you die as a dog you reincarnate to a random spot on earth. Once you make the decision you are not conscious of it, so if your human life sucks, suicide wouldn't be an option unless you acted on your own accord.
