McClain/Kinneman/Wilson are batting 1-2-3 today. I was thinking yesterday this would have been the better setup. Pitarra out, Cooper in at 3B.

FSU scored top of 1st with a single, single, double. In the bottom, Bailey was feet away from a 2-run homer to dead center, but it was caught. 1-0 FSU end of the 1st.

Not sure it's been mentioned here, but he's projected to be the 1st pick in the MLB draft next week. Guy has been lights out most of the season. Just praying they throw him against Northeastern in the opener.

FWIW, Mize threw a 1 er CG on May 4th throwing 110 pitches

On May 11th, he pitched 5 innings and allowed 6 er in a L to Ole Miss
On May 18th, he pitched 6 innings and allowed 4 er in a L to LSU
On May 24th, he pitched 7.2 innings and allowed 4 er in a L to TAM

He's 0-3 in his last 3 starts.
