I can't get GIF or video to play on twitter, or facebook in Chrome, or Fire Fox. They work fine in explorer. Fox Sports Go works in Chrome, but ESPN 3 doesn't. Youtube is fine in all 3 browsers. ESPN3 works in explorer. How do I get ESPN3, GIF, and videos to work in Chrome again?

Fixed it. I went into chrome settings turned off "use hardware acceleration when available," relaunched, and now it works.
