Kemba balled out (yet again) tonight. Great win vs Boston.

Tony Parker shared a LOT of burden from Kemba in the last quarter. Tony played PG and Kemba played SG. He treated him like another Manu Ginobili, fed him a lot. That's why Kemba can score 21 pts in the quarter. That's a big change.

Would love to make a run at Beal. Kemba and him could make some noise in the postseason.

Hornets have “inquired” about Beal. No idea how realistic of a chance they’ve got.

How about John Wall? He's on sale as well. Bring him home.

I don't think John Wall is a great teammate, similar to Dwight Howard

Howard is gone with the coach because the system is old. Howard is basically another Big AL. Hornets now play the run & gun strategy. Wall could help, like Lin in 2016.

Yes, they were massacred. Lebron is very excited every time he meets Jordan. But last night he also admitted that Jordan was his black Jesus.

They got butchered by Mavs. Shameful loss. And the coming journey of six games in the wild wide west will kill them. Dropped out of the top 8 after the trip I assume.

They just aren't that good. Kemba is elite, but he can't do it alone. Other than Monk and Lamb's occasional outburst, the Hornets have nobody else that can take over the scoring load.

They've got some solid role players -- MKG, Cody, Parker -- but they need another go-to scorer. That's why getting a player like Bradley Beal would be huge for this team. Jimmy Butler would have been perfect.

Really, the Hornets' mediocrity can be summed up in two words: Nick Batum.

(Or more aptly, Nick Batum's shitty play and awful contract.)

Yes, there are some poisonous contracts which need to be got rid of first, like Batum's and MKG's. These have been there for years. Therefore, it will create some spaces for the GM to import solid players like Beal or Wall.

The thing is, time is limited. They need to do it ASAP and finish the transactions before the Allstar weekend, so that the team will stop bleeding and be in good shape for the second half of the regular season.

Grizz were up big on Detroit last night but Detroit came back to win. So 1 game out with 1 game to play. Playing Orlando tonight. Detroit playing the Knicks. Tied with the Heat who are playing BK. Hornets hold tiebreakers over those teams but with Detroit playing NYK tonight, it seems unlikely to happen.

Picking at #12 where we were supposed to. Who knows what will happen there.

Pretty much every Hornets fans wants Mitch to try and get Beal. I'm guessing disappointment in the pick and offseason.

Guessing MJ is hoping Little slips to 12 or he can reach and take Cam Johnson. Then come back in the 2nd and take Maye.

But more likely we'll take a guy like PJ Washington out of Kentucky.

Yes, another disappointing player from Kentucky seems about right. Unless there is an unathletic white guy that night one else is expected to take in the lottery, then he will definitely be the choice.

He's a top 5 player in franchise history. mainly because the Horcats haven't had 5 decent players in their history.

that's like saying Reggie White is a top 5 player in Panthers history. it's true in one sense, but it's not based on what they did for that team.

I mean you could argue based on his limited contributions. That's how shitty the Bobnets history is.

Who is top five besides Kemba? Al Jefferson? Emeka Okafor??? Gerald (Wallace & Henderson)?

He averaged 9 points and 4 assists in 56 total games for the Hornets. Guys like Big Al, Okafor, Gerald Wallace, Stephen Jackson, Jason Richardson, etc blow him out of the water.

Stats-wise he's probably not even top-50

Umm Alonzo Mourning, Larry Johnson, Dell Curry, Muggsy Bogues were pretty solid.

Which franchise are they considered part of? Kemba passed Dell to be the all time leading scorer?

I realize that the NBA gave the OG hornets record book back to Charlotte, but I don't care. They aren't the same team.

A 6'7 power forward who can't shoot. Is this a good pick? Just picked a PF last year.

nobody is claiming he's a 3 point specialist, just that it's dumb to say he "can't shoot"
