Only been 3 games and he hasn’t made a kick longer than 32 yards, but by my count he’s 6/8 on the year and perfect on XPs. That’s a vast improvement over the last few years. He still hasn’t been tested in a pressure situation or a long distance situation. His longest attempt was, I believe, a 41 yard miss vs JMU. But the early returns are positive. At a minimum we have a kicker that we can confidently trot out for the first time in a few years. Remains to be seen how good he is, but he’s competent so far!

Hate we had to settle for 2 50+ yard FGs. Can’t be too mad about missing those, but the play calling leading up to them was conservative and made us settle. But missing the game winner…damn son, I’m sorry. Gotta make those. Glad it didn’t end up mattering.

Well Dunn plays whole the team is in possession, so that's offense, and he's like a 12th man when the other team has the ball so there's defense. HEISMAN

There was another kicker(Marc Primanti) at NCSU that had similar accolades/awards and never got retired. If Dunn's is retired, that means they would have to retire Primanti's as well.

Dunn has 479 points, 200 extra points (100%), and 93 FGs (84%)
