-Looking to rent a house in/near Raleigh, starting December 1st, 2018.
-Looking for a month to month lease with a maximum rent of $900 monthly.
-Prefer a washer and dryer, and garage would be nice, but not required.
-Absolutely NO shares and NO roommates.

^^LOL. In other breaking news, the housing market is on fire and a free standing house that has a washer/dryer/garage is not going to be $900 and certainly won't do month to month when they can get a 1-2 year lease signed within a week.

I just shopped for an townhome for someone and didn't find anything decent under $1000 in a decent neighborhood. Houses were well north of that.
