There is no such thing as the fast lane. It's the passing lane, no one should be cruising in it.

people put their hazards on and think they can do anything. i get hazards in some situations (pouring rain, driving well below speed limit for whatever reason, etc). but multiple times i've seen people going like 90 with their hazards on as if it gives them impunity to all driving laws.

^^ I would argue not to use flashers in the rain, no matter how hard it's raining. In some states, it's illegal.

In any case, never drive 35 in a 70 in the left lane unless you're passing someone. Don't drive 135 in a 70...unless you're passing someone (and then you shouldn't be going 135).

It's the reason you give when you want them to be silent in the car after dark. Daytime, you just keep a steady stream of food headed down their gullets.
