Massive vote fraud preventing one of our elections from being certified

Apparently some GOP operative went to black areas specifically targeting older people, had them sign absentee ballots, then filled them out for them. They also used the guise of the hurricane as a reason they were out there.

Thousands of votes manipulated...

Also potentially cheated on the Republican primary race too.
