Bryce Drew out after three seasons at Vandy.

Danny Manning confirmed coming back to Wake Forest.

What other heads will roll?

I cannot believe Manning is back. But then again, WF hired Currie as AD.

In the ACC I don’t expect any turnover unless Buzz Williams takes the TAMU job. Otherwise I kinda expect everybody to be back now that Manning isn’t getting fired.

And BC's coach isn't getting fired.

I would be extremely surprised if Buzz Williams stays at VT.

TAMU’s got a lotta money to throw around and outside of UK, the SEC is always pretty wide open. Buzz has done a good job at VT and I’m sure starting all over from scratch is harder than keeping a good thing going. But last I read, it sounded like he was kinda expected to take the job. Dunno if that’s changed, that was a few days ago.

I think the only reason Buzz would leave VT would be money. Its not like TAMU has anymore basketball pedigree than VT.

Yeah definitely the money. Neither is really a basketball power or has much b-ball tradition. But TAMU has more money and a more open path to the conference title.

He's second fiddle to UVA in Virginia. Plus is in a league with Duke and UNC. Goes to aTm and has unlimited resources and possibly in a league without Calipari. Barnes is old and Pearl is a walking NCAA violation.

Plus recruiting kids to Blacksburg isn't exact easy. That place is boring as fuck .

A&M has more money, somewhat better facilities and only has to face one blue blood. Also his in-state recruiting competition don’t play in the same conference. He should go to A&M.

Would anybody else like to chime in and re-word the same points about TAMU vs VT?

Buzz to TAMU. Most likely because they have more money and less competition. But that’s just my opinion, no idea what you guys think

VT is a bottom 3 ACC job (I'd argue only BC is worse). I'd say that it's a step up from VT. Neither has any real history of success, but TAMU has more resources, better amenities and IMO a better fanbase.

Plus, Cassell Coliseum is a dump. Also Buzz is from Texas, and those Texans sure do love being in Texas.

Archie out at IU
Wojo out at Marquette
Richard Pitino out at Minnesota - already hired at New Mexico
Larry Krystkowiak out at Utah
BC fired Christian and hired Earl Grant from Charleston

[Edited on March 19, 2021 at 8:36 PM. Reason : Steve Prohm out at Iowa State as well]

Looks like Shaka Smart to Marquette.

I don't think he actually got fired from Texas? This a Herb-style situation?

It's weird that he's going to coach 2019 marquette and not 2021 marquette
