If the argument for protecting abortion is body autonomy why isn't that the same argument for rejecting required vaccines?

there is no innate right or wrong.
every right or wrong, good or bad...
doesn't exist. it's all a creation of society, which is influenced by self repeating and focusing of what we have experienced.
This has shaped our species and the way we live. we have evolved to serve our species because it's an evolutionary advantage.
is it an advantage to our species to vaccinate?
is it an advantage to our species to allow abortion?
these are questions that may remain unanswered...

You are expecting logical consistency in political opinions. Don't do that. A better argument would be why a woman's decision to have an abortion is a private medical matter, what a cancer patient's decision to use Marijuana to blunt the pain is not.

And what does a schedule 1 substance have to do with the fact that there is still a medical decision being made? And for that matter, if abortion were illegal at the federal level, would that meaningfully change anything in the discussion? We both know the answer to that.
