My high-pressure valve failed, completely, so there was no pressure whatsoever in my AC system. I just need someone to pump it down to a vacuum and then recharge it with r134a Freon. When I last rebuilt my car's AC system about 1.5 years ago, there was a shop in Garder that would do this for $69 (evacuation and then recharge) but it seems I just can't find them anywhere anymore. the cheapest i seem to be able to find is $125, which is kinda high, seeing as for about that amount I can just buy my own vacuum pump and Freon from Amazon for just a bit more than that.
Any help finding a cheaper alternative I would greatly appreciate

Don't do it yourself. If the refrigerant were to leak you will accelerate global warming thereby killing all of us. Don't get blood on your hands, spend the $125.
