I got it bundled with one of the recent fights for like $20/year. I haven't used it extensively yet but it seems to work fine. I still have DirecTV so I don't have to rely on it too much.

I've had it for a year. My subscription is actually supposed to renew on October 1, but I'll probably cancel it to be honest. I get zero value out of the "ESPN Insider" access to super special premium articles on their website. About the only thing I ever watch through the Roku app is random soccer games, and I can't imagine missing future access to the Dutch or Italian leagues. Other live content is sporadic and tends to be more prevalent on weekends, when I'm typically out doing something other than watching TV.

If you like watching a ton of random sports (rugby, cricket, obscure college football teams, etc.) or are REALLY into soccer and/or UFC, or want access to their "premium" articles on the website, go ahead and pull the trigger. Otherwise, I wouldn't bother.
