Drums are easier to handle but i seem to be able to clean more meat off the bone with flats cause drums have more tendons and ligaments etc

I can't say that I prefer one over the other. I like having some of each. I like both color meats. I've been making them in my air fryer. And i make sauce from greek yogurt and dill... and sometimes some feta or goat cheese.
