BBQ is a heated discussion. Personally, I'm not some snob that thinks one type is always superior to the other, there are definitely some more nuances than some people acknowledge. The bottom line is we all know the 2 types of BBQ that are superior to all other BBQ in the nation, and those are obviously mustard-based and mayonnaise-based.
