When you go to a place like Disney World or Six Flags they have those fans that spray water on you to keep you cool.

Just have those around the city for everyone, only spray disinfectant. Then we can start getting out.

Many other countries are doing something similar.

They even have tanker trucks which go down streets spraying disinfectant all over the street sides on to the shop fronts and sidewalks. And walk-through disinfectant sprayers.

That seems excessive and with possible unforeseen effects like an increase in bacterial resistance. I saw something similar in the Chernobyl miniseries. For different reasons, of course. Looked fun for the kids! And animals.
