Man, that slash between “planned riots” and “peaceful protests” is probably just meant to serve to serve as an “or” and nothing more. But I really don’t like it. Kinda makes it seem like the Cary Police would treat a planned riot the same way they’d treat a peaceful protest. Which, given what I’ve seen in countless videos this week, wouldn’t surprise me at all.
