I try to give as often as I can. Lately, that means crowdfunding, even when it's just a tweet with someone's $Cashtag.
If you've given to a campaign, post it here. It'd be nice to break off five or ten or twenty bucks for someone I might not have seen otherwise, and maybe other people who follow the thread will contribute as well.
All I ask is please don't post any begging on behalf of pets. I don't care how beloved someone's cat is. There are too many actual human beings in need for that, and yeah, people are more important than pets. 12/1/2020 4:00:05 AM

Thanks. What difference does it make whether it's a GoFundMe campaign? 12/3/2020 2:45:30 PM

i just didn't know if it qualified because it's an organization asking for donations and not like an individual or family. but i am close with these people and will be very upset if they go to prison.

This lady got fired by the DC Department of Health because she tweeted that they didn't approve overtime for contact tracers: https://twitter.com/tiannasaurusrex/status/1336074988684783617
This is in the context of five police officers in DC having made almost $900,000 in overtime last year. 12/8/2020 7:38:19 AM

Well that's a slam dunk lawsuit. State employee commenting in their personal capacity on a matter of public interest... $$$. 12/8/2020 3:21:36 PM

Yeah, maybe, but stuff like that takes time, and bills come due before that kind of payout. 12/8/2020 3:50:49 PM

I fell off contributing while I was on break, but I helped this person out yesterday https://twitter.com/midnightmicha3l/status/1346497663571783680
Maybe you'd like to do the same. 1/6/2021 4:43:39 AM
