So how are the apartments near NCSU? Like lake park, gorman crossing, kensington park, ivey chase, ivey glen, clarion crossing, trailwood, summit, etc. do students still live there? What are rents in the area now? Are they as crappy as ever? I know lake park, gc, and kp were roach cities

I moved into Gorman Crossing last semester when I moved out of the dorms and it's super nice

The Proper Raleigh apartments look really nice. Used to be Wolf Creek or something-another.
