I was thinking about taking the in-laws there. They live in Colorado and wanted something that wasn't too fancy and represented the area.

Did you get any of the small plates? Did they make sense for sharing?

yeah that's a fine choice for what youre describing. nice atmosphere too. havent tried the small plates yet

Maybe thinking of wrong place but i thought i heard backyard bbq pit on 55 in rtp was like featured on food network etc. at least back in 2014 etc. i tried it once and even thought slaw tasted good. Go for lunch though cause i heard they close after they run out of bbq etc
