Based on today I'd say:
1. Cunane affect, no #1 scorer that can just manufacture a bucket when you need one. Lots of pretty good scorers but nobody for night in night out, and as such we end up with a ton of wasted possessions where someone tries to do too much and gets in a bad place
2. Just a little too small across the floor, got out rebounded 43-34 today. Also hobby and dj are good scorers, but are each a little too short to bully their defenders
