In terms of technology? We are trying to ban super high tech chips. Do these people not already have a means to duplicate or produce these? Aren’t our phones built there? Does our technology simply not leap them?

Just read an article about how Lockheed's hypersonic missile test failed and so the gubment won't buy it.It also mentioned that Russia and China have hypersonic weapons.Well, thankfully there is at least some super-specific sub-domain (within the broad domain of killing humans) where Murrca is lagging behind.
