One of my cousins went a ton, got really into it. One time he randomly ran into our gregarious but spacey uncle there, who was there for the first time and hadn't brought any water or supplies with him. He'd somehow just kept randomly getting invited to join groups for a bit.

After they talked for about 15 minutes, our uncle said he had to run off since he "had some people to meet", despite not knowing anyone there when he'd arrived without any plans.
