The conclusion is pretty clear:

This is just a specific one, sperm/T counts are down for men in general, several other studies corroborate that.

I genuinely believe most of our chronic issues, and this thing too, are related to simply just weight and a sedentary lifestyle and not much more. sure our food, hell even the produce, might not be the most natural anymore, + microplastics or whatever, but most of it just the straightforward stuff
