Loss of Rodri is really showing for City. They will most definitely be looking to spend big in January to shore up the midfield.

They'll figure it all out against Liverpool. This little stretch is showing how important Rodri is for them though obviously, and how the Ballon D'Or result was valid, regardless of what the Real Madrid hierarchy think of it.

I fully expect them to sign Zubimendi in January for whatever it costs, ride him for 6 months, and never play him again once Rodri comes back.
