Is there a difference in the ones you have to push accept versus the ones you can simply click the x to close it?

Any ways to make the same websites that ask to stop asking? Looking at you harborfrieght.com

Pretty sure there are extensions/ad blockers that are supposed to be able to block those.

As far as X vs accept, not sure whether that's standardized behavior. Probably depends on how each site implemented their cookie handling.
