Sometime around New Years we should have a day where all threads can be revived, particularly those that haven't been replied to in 90 days or more. We could even go as far as to not allow new threads that day. This would likely encourage the use of the search feature, which could lead to a reduction in topic redundancy. Furthermore, the revival of old threads represents the getting smashed/blacking out/and hangover that Jesus went through on New Years Eve and Day in A.D 21.
