It is very hard to find a user you are looking for because you have to guess which letters are on what page, and you cannot see all of the pages at once.

I think it was easier when everyone's name that started with the same letter was on the same page.

but for letters with many names, it took an ungodly amount of time on dail up..

it sucks to be at home, and wanna find someone's aim name, and have to wait an hour. hah

^it does for pictures.... I just think it is a huge hassle to go through all of those... maybe if there were only 5 pages per first letter.... it sucks if you want to get to page 7, but you only see pages 1-5, and then 15.

I like InsaneMan's suggestion about making a second letter come up after you click on the first:

A B [C] D E ...
Ca Cb Cc Cd [Ce] ...

Smath, you're premium, why don't you use the Search function, just type in the user name you want and voila, it pops up.

Don't be lazy. We have the function for our benefit, use it. Don't cry and beg for more, especially when the mods have more important things to do.

Minka, the point of this damn section is to tell them where things could be improved. I was doing just that. When i am trying to find a user, i would rather be able to do it quickly with my mouse rather than have to go to my keyboard to type something.

i agree, we should probably put a second level of letterpicker if the list is more than 50. i'll put it on the list
