What races do I get to vote on?
To bring up your sample ballot enter your information here and then click my sample ballot.

Early Voting - When and Where:
For early voting you may vote at any of the early voting sites in your county. For a full list of times and locations for early voting across North Carolina click here.

Primary Election Day - When and Where:
Didn't make it to early voting? No problem. Primary election day voting is Tuesday May 8th from 6:30am to 7:30pm. To find your precinct location enter your information here and then look for where it says my polling location.

Turn out the Wolfpack vote!
You can vote in this primary regardless of party, or even if you're unaffiliated. Here's a map of the Wake County early voting sites. Anyone can vote on the amendment as well. More discussion of it can be found here.

Just added - Rides to the Polls!
"Students can catch the shuttle from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM each day between Monday April 30th and Friday May 4th in front of Reynolds Coliseum."

Thanks for posting this up for me qntmfred!

A special note for unaffiliated folks: you can vote in a partisan primary by asking for the ballot of whichever party when you go to vote, and it wont change your affiliation from unaffiliated. Although the GOP presidential primary is essentially over, the Democrats have a tough Gubernatorial primary going on right now which you can read more about here. And for Libertarian folks you can learn more about a candidate for that primary here.

A special note for those who aren't registered to vote. You can register when you go to early vote! The link there has all the info you need to figure out how to do that.

If you don't plan to vote for Ron Paul, don't bother showing up.

Voted! I really need to change my affiliation status to "unaffiliated".

I had the unaffiliated ballot yesterday, it's crazy how small it was. I got to vote for two people and the amendment, and that's it.

^ When unaffiliated, you can choose the republican, democratic, or libertarian ballot.
