Welcome to CrazyWeb 2.1 !!!

submitted by CrazyJ on Saturday, June 23 2001 at 4:56 PM

The upgrade went smoooooth and now we are running on crazyweb v2.1! This upgrade might not appear to be much, but 90% of the code has been totally rewritten. Performance, appearance, and functionality have all been enhanced.

There are bound to be bugs in the new system. Please direct all bug reports here.

I liked it better when the "Who's Online" section was listed by user # instead of ABC. I felt like I had more status since I've been on here for a while

Was this tested with anything other than IE 5 PC?

I'd note that IE 5 Macintosh is generally considered standards compliant and will usually render pages the same as IE windows. The last version of the wolf web was practically identical in the pc and mac ie's, in my experience.

Shattered, whew...I thought I was the only one having that problem. Thank goodness there are other Mac IE 5 users out there.

how do i use the smileys and the character formatting? first, i thought they were buttons, but they are not. then, the keyboard equivalents are not even given. so what do i do?

also, is it just me, or has the site actually become much slower?

I think we need more variety in the way of webcam shots. No offense to anyone that is taking them, but how about pictures of something else.
