Ethics Bowl Competition

submitted by acey on Friday, October 17 2003 at 5:10 PM

In conjunction with Academic Integrity Week (Nov. 3-5), the NCSU Judicial Board is sponsoring an Ethics Bowl Case Study Competition. Teams of three simply submit a one-page response to the ethical debate surrounding students who download MP3s over university Internet connections. (More details are in the application.)

The one-page response is due Oct. 29 and the top two submissions present their response on Nov. 3 to be judged. First prize is $150.00 to the bookstore, and where else can you win that much money for writing just one page?Applications are in the Student Government office on the 3rd floor of Witherspoon. We would love to get a copy online, but it wasn't possible for any of our members. However, if you are interested, PM me and I can email you a copy of the application. Thanks!
