I like it for the Void damage, clutch during the raid with shielded Minotaurs.

I'd save the coins then for an exotic you'd use more.

So far my only exotic is the bounty machine gun which I rarely use because I prefer a rocket launcher. Seems like it only makes sense to wait on a primary weapon before I blow all my coins. I use the unfriendly giant I think is the name for my rocket launcher now.

Also I dont really use the melee hunter spec so the exotic helm this week also seems like a waste

^Did the same thing with motes of light. I had about 50 of them so I bought two engrams with motes of light. Just broke them down for Shards. Have about 40 shards now.

picked up another pair of raid boots, another exotic mida multi-tool scout rifle and an exotic chest for my warlock, and an arc legendary rocket launcher in the nightfalls; sadly most of which will be scrapped... keeping the boots because they have different training stats and the launcher...

got the visions of confluence legendary scout rifle from the raid (this is definitely my new jam)
we pretty much marched right through the whole thing except for a period where we had some seriously weird lag problems.

i hear ya on that part.. i'm a raid/exotic helmet away from 30 right now on my warlock. have all armor maxed, but that legendary helmet is blocking me.

Finally got a legendary void fusion rifle in the nightfall earlier today.

I'll be on around 9 possibly tonight if anyone will help me do the nightfall with my hunter. Made it over halfway solo earlier and got taken out...

^^ half-heartedly working on a hunter.. just not sure it's worth the effort though. i like crucible... but not many others seem to, and that'd be it's only real strength

As far as the Hunter, hes a beast in Crucible no doubt. I'm usually one of the bottom 3-4 guys on a team with my Titan. With my Hunter, i'm one of the Top 2-3 every game.

Xur is more than disappointing this weekend. Same 3 chest armors as the last two weeks and an exotic hand cannon that my wife already received through the raid. Oh well, guess i'll begin my march to 100 strange coins.

The Hand Cannon is The Last Word. I got as a reward awhile back and it is a really fun gun. I would say get it if you have coins to burn. Also the Hunter Chest is the Alpha Lupi which I think is different from last week (Lucky Raspberry)

I decided to buy the speed bike upgrade. Hopefully it is worth it.

Even though Xur disappoints me and the Raid gave me jack squat, this week wasn't a total loss. I did get a legendary void fusion rifle and a legendary void sniper. Seeing as how Void damage was the one type that I was really lacking in...I'm set with my weaponry now.
