No cohesion. Also, their best PG kinda got fucked by the NCAA and has only played once the last 8 games. If they can sneak in to the tourney they could be dangerous with the talent but that's a big if.

** Rivers is a great attacker but he needs to drastically improve his jump shot to be an impact NBA player. There's no room for a slashing combo guard at the next level. Also, he has a sub-1:1 a:to which is pretty awful for a guy who most said could be a PG

He's a "better passer" is about the understatement of the year. He's the best passer in college basketball and it's not even close. So basically he's the best at what a true point guard is actually supposed to do.

** All you have to do is watch this game. They are a borderline Top 25 team with him not in there. With him they are the best team in the country.

If you are just an assist guy, then you aren't too valuable in a game. PGs need to be able to score, shoot, and draw fouls. Last one is very important. An assist really only increases FG% by about 10% overall.

But most guards shoot FTs 30-40% better than FGs. So, it's really hard to say that a high assist PG is better than a high scoring, FT shooting PG.
