Hey everyone. I've seen a number of posts for available apartments for the summer and I'm finally looking. I'm thinking around $350/month although I'm not sure exactly how much I can afford yet. Let me know what you've got. I'm female, don't like cats, dogs are fine as long as they're quiet. Have bf and friends over occasionally. I'm a non-smoker and need non-smoking roommates (or at least ones that do not smoke indoors). Need a room May-August (maybe past august I haven't decided about living on or off campus next year).

im moving out of my apartment on may 7th for the summer...you could sublease it from me. Its at Village Green Apartments its a 4 bedroom/4 bath--me and my best friend are moving out for the summer, 1 of the other roommates will still be here but she is very very quite and keeps to herself, we barely see her or know her and the other one--well shes moving out today actually HAHA! anyways soo as of right now we have 3 open rooms. Its $440 a month, fully furnished, pool, work out room, the whole shabang---

I'm trying to find a place through August at least until the fall semester starts. So May 8th-Aug 19 or whenever dorms open. Already signed up for on-campus housing and I am not willing to re-sign for another year.

you're gonna have to put your stuff in storage for that time

cause whoever will lease to you is going to lease for someone in the fall

and people usually come back a week early

I would make sure she signs the lease right away, if you give her time to think it over she might back out of it like she did with me, after two weeks of telling me she planned on taking over my lease she backed out at the last minute telling mer her parents weren't willing to pay for it. Seems strange that someone wouldnt consult with their parents before making a binding agreement like that, doesn't it? Anyways, just wanted to warn you
