As per the title I need someone to come get this big ass TV out of my house because I don't know what to do with it. Same TV as message_topic.aspx?topic=561741. Hopefully someone has some use for it or wants to try and fix it but I have no other way of getting it out of my living room. If you've got any suggestions, please let me know.

Also, is it illegal to throw out a CRT? Does it have to be recycled?

Thanks.

I would plop that bad boy down somewhere on campus and then hide in the bushes and watch as some dumb fuck freshmen try to haul it back to their dorm room

city of raleigh will haul if off for $50

i will do it for $40

i'll have to take it to one of these places:

there are google map links. i think $40 is a steal.

here's how to get raleigh to do it for you for $50:

only if someone catches you

just go to some random apartment complex and dump it in a dumpster.

but for real - there's mercury and shit in the tube... not a good idea to dispose of it in a place where it'll eventually end up in a landfill.

^Really appreciate the suggestion. Posted it on there and got 8 responses almost immediately even at 5am. TV should be gone by tomorrow. Thanks for everyone's help and interest. Mods can close this thread now.
