This still depends on whether or not I get a job in the Raleigh area, but...

Looking for any apartment that will have an open room in the month of July (and only the month of July). I would be willing to sign a one-month lease, or simply pay one of the other people living there. Either way, doesn't matter to me. Trying to keep a price limit of $400/month or less (before utilities).

For a reduced rent price, I may even be willing to just crash on a couch for a month or so. Though this is negotiable, and I'd almost definitely want to see the couch first.

Roommate habits:
Generally I'm a good roommate, get along well with almost all people, and if something needs doing just ask and I'll (probably) get on it. I likely won't be involved in any arguments (I can only think of a few times I've gotten angry at all in the past few years, and most of those have been with my father, who is a dick).

I do tend to keep strange hours (very late ones), though unless I end up getting a night shift job, I'll probably be awake during normal work hours and asleep during normal sleep times. If I party, it won't be anywhere near you (unless you throw one and invite me). I don't take other people's stuff (food particularly, and if I do need something I'll ask first), and prefer my stuff to be treated the same way. I'm not loud, especially not at nights.

Anyway, if you think you might have an opening, PM me. Again, still waiting on the job thing at the moment but there's a good chance it'll happen (mostly because I'm willing to settle for cheap retail jobs for the moment).
