Both ways have their merits. Bacon is good no matter how you cook it. Sometimes crunchy is wonderful. Sometimes floppy is wonderful.

With that said, I suck at cooking bacon.

So after the doc told me shit like cholesterol and triglycerides were fantastic and got asked if I was a health nut, I promptly started working on my bacon cooking skills. Ok, so it wasn't quite as clearcut as 'oh, excellent. I can eat as much bacon as I want!', but more of a removal of the guilt process >.<

You ain't no kinda wife if you can't cook the bacon.
