I'm looking for a room for next academic year. I am a senior and very laid back. I focus on my studies for most of the week, but enjoy going to a bar or something like that on the weekends.

I have a condo in University Woods which I manage myself. $335/month/BR. 4 BR 4 Bath Put in wood like floors through out except bedrooms which are carpet. Water /sewer included. Utilities run $40-$50 /month. access to swimming, workout room etc. Private bath. common area LR Kitchen Sunroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge,stove disposal dishwasher and I redid the counter tops last year. Painted through out with some color instead of blank white walls.
