-Going to grad school in the fall. Would like to live somewhere near hillsborough st. so I dont have to drive. The closer to state the better.
-Quiet and clean. Since i'll be in grad school i want a place that's quite during the weekdays. On the weekends i don't care whats going on.

what i want and can offer:

own bathroom.

I have a 46" LCD and 2 couches i can bring.

looking to spend 350-450 per month including utilities.

I can pay up front for the entire year, if the price and location are right.

You're going to find a hard time finding a place on Hillsborough St., or even right on NCSU, this late in the fall without snatching up the first thing you can find. You might have to settle for south of campus.

What grad program are you coming to NCSU for?

I am going to be in Raleigh tomorrow and have a place at University Woods. No smoking, No pets. I know it is further away than you want but I keep it in good condition and usually have great tenants.

$335.00 private bath. includes water sewer. the other utilities average $40 - $50 /month. I am showing it to a pharmacy major who is returning to school. Hopefully will get mature group.
