I had to present my material in front of a review board at work today, G. Shit went on for like 1.5 hours... it was all but jolly, B.
I walked into the conference room, and the panel was made up of a couple senior engineers, several patent lawyers, and logistics dude, B. When I walked in, they were all looking at me like this....



I presented my shit, B. I gave it all I had... tried to represent. Then they started grilling ya boy. They dug all up in my ass, man. They were all like:



I was diligent, truthful, and honorable... you would be proud. Still, I was all like:


Difficult questions were thrown at me like a boomerang, but I handled it pretty well. It took a lot of salesmanship, G...

I finished and left the conference room feeling like a banana peel in the dirt, man. Straight up scummy, G. Gutterslut material. I couldn't help but think:





One of the senior engineers caught up with me later, B. He said I did well, and that they liked the ideas. There's a whole review process and gets tossed around. Told me to make a few changes, and they would see me next quarter at the next meeting, G. I felt a little:

filing a provisional patent application gives you 12 months to submit the full application

you can say PATENT PENDING during that time

and when you do file the filing date is the date of the provisional so motherfuckers can't snake your shit
