YUM THIS HEALTHY DINNER IS ACTUALLY GOOD
or maybe i'm just starving
i think spinach might be the most delicious veggie ever. but hot damn you gotta cook a shitload of that ish to have enough of it to eat after it cooks down. mmmm spinach + lemon!
and i did the chicken just right on the george foreman. SOUNDS easy enough but since it drips all the fat out sometimes it gets all dry if ya cook it on there.
and my vinegar + dill + black pepper + cucumber + onion salad is omnom. i added some fresh mozz cheese chunks on top. mmmm
and i cooked an extra chicken breast so i can have a spinach salad for lunch tomorrow. GO ME!

dinner: currently making linguine with olive oil and spinach. and some fresh strawberries on the side. not really a protein heavy meal at all but i ran out of time to thaw out a piece of chicken so it is what it is. will prob sprinkle a tiny amount of parm or mozz cheese on top. and water with lemon to drink. 4/28/2011 7:45:44 PM |

regarding the glaze, I was skeptical but it's pretty good. I'd add a dash of Worcestershire to cut the peachy sweetness a bit though. Meatloaf used to gross me out, but lately I have really come to like turkey meatloaves. 5/8/2011 8:27:04 PM |
