I had so much salsa mid afternoon that I think that I'll just munch on fresh pineapple for dinner.

i'm debating on whether or not to go out and get something, but then i'd probably want to get beer, and then that's 2 things i don't need to spend money on.

^^ you make your own noodles? i wanna try this.

i'm having a frozen dinner :/ marie callenders sweet and sour chicken w/ rice and veggies. at least marie callenders are pretty good. and i'm cooking in the conventional oven (only way i can do frozen foods, the microwave seriously disgusts me).

i do a lot of frozen foods for lunch at work. the pastas are usually good, but most everything else is somewhere between mehhh and disgusting.

i know :/

i hate frozen meals, typically (i mean frozen chicken breasts and veggies and stuff are obviously different) the only way to do them is conventional oven (though SOME pastas are ok microwaved).

this one is white meat chicken breast so it should be decent. i don't know. i am quasi jealous of people who can eat lean cuisine everyday. i would probably be like one inch big. i just find them all so gross and end up adding 5 gallons of salt and pepper.

Chicken + Egg quesedillas (or however you spell it) + pillowy mounds of mashed potatoes

no veggies fuck that noise

I'm AstralAdvent and i approved this message.

[Edited on June 12, 2011 at 7:43 PM. Reason : btw if you don't normally put salsa and egg in quesedillas then DO SO ]

i try to cook healthy for dinner and bring leftovers for lunch most days, but i buy the "diet" frozen meals whenever they are on sale to keep in the freezer for days i don't have anything else to bring. i wish i were a healthier eater but... oh well.

I just stole a stack from my son's unfinished Lunchable and it was so yummy that I'm considering snagging one of his unopened Lunchables for dinner.

It was pretty tasty--I'd recommend it. Tonight's dinner:

Avocado soup (cold) with smoked salmon, and an olive oil based bread dip.
