Dont forget that before roy williams left kansas he said that he "didnt give a shit" about UNC. then he turned around and went there. We still have a good chance of calipari no matter what he "says"

I personally think that he's coming here. No way we offered him less than $2.0 Million, since we had that money to give to Barnes I'm assuming we'd pull out all the stops to land Calipari

PROOF:
-Cal knows we offered Barnes that much money and would be insulted if we offered him $300,000 less.
-We already publicly lost our first choice for the job, if we lost our second choice too then that would be embarrassing, and few coaches would want to be someone's third option.
-Oblinger and Fowler flew in Murphy's jet to Memphis on a Sunday for a 2 hour meeting. You'd think that they would stay as long as it took to get a yes out of him if they made that sort of trip.
-Calipari came out of the meeting and said he was 'overwhelmed' with the amount of money we offered him. He was probably expecting 1.5-1.7 million, an offer of 2.0+ would be 'overwhelming' to someone with those expectations.

David Glenn is on 850 hosting Adam's show (thank god). If you aren't fermiliar, David Glenn is about the most reliable source on ACC happening IMO.

One of his sources just called in and said Memphis AD was meeting with some big boosters, trying to put together a package for Calipari to get him to stay.
