had the last court date today to recoup my rent/deposit/etc. from my former landlord and WON!! prick got what he deserved.

the landlord used the accident as a way to kick me out with 24 hours notice, throw away my personal belongings, keep my pro-rated rent and deposits, and try to charge me in excess for damages that were clearly not my fault (and double dipping from insurance)

but this was in the place I lived after and I didn't get the Rivers/Holt jerseys until I moved there.

also, this was the house. I used to have "NCSU" written across the roof in red Christmas lights. I really wish I had a picture of that lit up. It was semi-famous for a year or so until the insurance adjuster saw it and made me take it down.
