Lol Markell just stopped playing defense with 2 on the shotclock. He's really talented but he's just not a winner at all.

Also, our offense doesn't look for Andree. No wonder he's 2 for his last 20. He's open often and guys do other stuff. We could really stretch the floor and create more space if we looked for him.

He shares the blame with the team and the coach. He wouldn't be out there if 2 for 20 was representative of how he shoots it. Its their job to get him in rhythm and these aren't the best looks. Most of the time someone tries to drives, gets stuck, and shovels it to him as a last resort. I don't think I've ever seen a play ran for him and most of the time when he's open weakside, guys force the drive instead of kicking it across to him.

Our offense is fine its just that if he's going to play, you ought to utilize him correctly instead of just having him out there in an offense that does nothing off the ball to get him going.

With recent improvements to concussion protocol, this is the longest I've ever seen someone out with a single concussion. Its definitely still a reasonable amount of time by modern standards, but it makes me wonder if he got hit before December 29th and already had an undiagnosed concussion.

He didn't miss enough time.

I wasn't going to respond to earl, but missing a month for a single concussion isn't uncommon. Some of the symptoms can be very debilitating (especially light sensitivity when you play basketball under huge bright lights.) If you've never had a concussion where you couldn't be in bright light/sun light without it bothering you, you wouldn't understand.
