I think it makes sense to split it up...bottom 4 at-large AND bottom-4 auto bids have to win to get in.

If ESPN's rankings are accurate projections (and who really knows), we have to jump Washington and/or Arkansas to get an 11 seed without a play-in. (Washington has a pretty easy remaining schedule, but Arkansas has to play TAMU, Alabama, Auburn, Missou, Kentucky).

Obviously we want better than that...winning out plus at least one ACCT win would bump us up to a single digit seed for sure. But I don't think that's realistic.

UNCG loss is right on the verge of Q2, but their last 4 games probably won't help move that needle. Probably need to beat ETSU in the SoCon tourney to do it.

If UNCG wins their conference tourney and makes the dance, I think you can remove them from the "bad loss" line. There is no way around it, the UNI loss was bad, but at least it was on a neutral court early in the season.

I think we have enough wins on the "Good Win" line, we just need to pad the win total and keep names off the bad loss line. The only 2 candidates for bad losses left on our schedule are @WF(where we can't win anymore) and @GT. Need to have those and win at least one of our home games.

We're in a good position, now to just see which NC State team shows up for the last 5 games.

Wow, Abu back down to 5 minutes? He's just completely ineffective against teams with decent bigs.

Couldn't really ask for a better schedule down the stretch for a team in our position. We'll be favored in at least 3 of them and get the toughest ones at home. Would be a disappointment not to make at the tournament at this point.

Don't look now, but if we somehow win out, we actually have a shot at stealing UNC's #4 seed (and double-bye) for the ACC tournament.

They're 9-5; we're 8-6 and the other 2 teams with our record (VT and LOU) have brutal remaining schedules. I don't recall how the tie-breaker works if they only lost 1 more and we had the same record, but I like UNC's chances to lose 2 more with their remaining schedule.

The next tiebreaker is record vs top seeded ACC team and works its way down the standings until the tie is broke going by win percentage. So if UNC loses to Duke we would win tiebreaker at 1-0 being better than 1-1.

Yeah getting UL and FSU at home is very nice. GT is ass, we should win that even on the road. We should beat BC especially at home. Wouldn’t be too surprised to see us go 3-1 to close out. But 4-0 is doable.
